They make the perfect gift for someone going through a difficult time or in need of a positive reminder. Pocket calmers are filled with lavender for its natural calming properties but can be made with a plain stuffing instead. 

Due to customs restrictions pocket calmers that contain lavender cannot be sent internationally. 

Each one measures approximately 1.5 x 1 inch but this varies as each one is made by hand.
