Shipping policy

CORONAVIRUS: Please be aware that all postage systems worldwide are currently under unusual stress and although items are being dispatched within standard turn around times delivery is generally taking longer than average. Please bear this in mind when placing your order and if you need an item by a certain date allow extra time for delivery.  

All items are dispatched within 7-14 working days unless stated otherwise in the listing. When contacting me about custom work you will be informed of turn around time. 

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Royal Mail Standard Air Mail. If you need something urgently or would like your item to be sent be tracked delivery for an extra cost please contact me and that can be arranged.

UK orders delivery is usually within 1-3 working days.

Europe orders delivery is usually within 7 working days.

Rest of World orders delivery is usually within 10-14 working days.

Turn around times may be extended during busy periods so please read the listing closely when ordering. If you are unsure or you need something sooner please contact me at pixiecraft@hotmail.com.

Care is always taken to ensure your stitchy magic arrives quickly and in perfect condition but if for any reason your item does not arrive or arrives damaged please contact me and I will offer a replacement or refund as suits you.
